Return Eligibility
You may return any eligible item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in mint, original condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In perfect, mint condition
If an item is returned damaged and you want it sent back to you, Souq will cover 50% of the return shipping cost, and you will cover the remaining 50%.
Refund Process
- Once the return is shipped back to us (typically takes 4–7 business days), we will inspect the item.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item is defective due to shipping or manufacturer issues, you will receive a free replacement, and Souq will cover all shipping fees.
Non-Negotiable Terms
These terms are final and non-negotiable.
Abusive language, threats, or harassment toward our staff may result in the cancellation of your return request.
