Souq is operated by a sole proprietor based in Egypt. All products and services are offered under this business structure.

2. Use of Our Platforms

Customers may browse, purchase, and communicate with us through our official website and social media channels.
Any use of our content—including images, descriptions, designs, or videos—for resale, reproduction, or commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are accepted or confirmed by the customer during delivery.
Once an order is accepted, it becomes final and non-refundable.

4. Inspection Before Acceptance

Customers are allowed and encouraged to inspect their order at the time of delivery before accepting it.
This is the only time issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items may be reported.

5. Returns and shipping

Returns are allowed within the specified time period and must be returned in mint condition

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled by QP Express and is available within Egypt only.
Delivery times and costs vary by location.
We do not deliver on Fridays, and public holidays may cause delays.

7. Payments

Souq offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.
The full order amount—including any shipping fees—must be paid upon delivery.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

Souq collects customer information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and order history to process orders and improve service quality.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or resale.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, product descriptions, designs, and brand materials on our website and social media platforms are the exclusive property of Souq.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Souq reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
